I first watched Debbie (of FebbieDay Ceramics) at work and was instantly captivated by the process. I was amazed by how something as delicate as porcelain could be transformed into such beautiful, functional pieces. So when Debbie invited me to spend a day in the studio making cups, I jumped at the chance.

Slip casting with porcelain is a fascinating—and slightly unpredictable—process. Every stage holds the potential for both magic and mishap! But with Debbie’s expert guidance, I came away with two perfectly imperfect cups that I absolutely love. More importantly, I was hooked.

After many hours of practice (and slowly replacing most of my household items with test pieces), I finally reached a point where I felt confident in my work. That brings us to today—this website is our way of sharing what we make with you. Here, you can view our current collections and buy directly from us, the makers.

You’ll also find us at local markets and in the centre of Beverley, upstairs at Natural Beauty Brands, where our studio is located. We always have different pieces in the shop than what's available online—each one handmade and truly one of a kind.
