Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Faulty/Damaged Items:
We take great care in packing all our ceramic items to ensure they arrive safely. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly to confirm it hasn’t been damaged during transit. If any damage has occurred, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Beverley Ceramics will cover the return shipping costs for items damaged in transit.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after the return window has closed.
Custom Orders:
We’re unable to accept returns on personalised or custom-made items. Once production has begun on a custom order, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to make changes or wish to cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn't started to be made yet.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
